    My daughter wanted to be a mermaid for Halloween, so we based our family costumes off of that. I (Mommy) was the sea witch.  I made a super fun black tutu, used the mask pictured from our Princess Mask Set (sold separately) stitched with fambrics and threads to make it tie together, and then made this shell.  I stitched it out on shimmery gold fabric (I got it at JoAnn fabrics in the costume fabric section).  I stitched the shell out on water soluble stabilizer, puched it out, and then used glitter ribbon (also found at JoAnn) for the necklace pieces and glued a pieces of felt to the back using my favorite adhesive Beacon Fabritac.  Perfection!   I stitched out the 4inch - but 4 sizes are included.
