If you are getting an error message opening a ZIP file, such as "No Files" or "Invalid / Corrupt file" AND are using Microsoft XP with Internet Explorer, there is a known Microsoft Problem with interpreting some zip files through this combination. For now, please use Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox as your browser and you will be able to retrieve your files perfectly.
