Purchased File not activated, downloading, or delivered in the wrong format?
Log into embroitique.com and, on the left, click on DOWNLOADS. Look at the list and see if the file is there. If it is, please click on the file and see if it downloads and opens correctly.
If the file is not working, or is still in the wrong format, please contact us here.
Having Trouble Placing an Order?
- Switch browsers - many times the errors causing you issues are stored on the browser you are using. Embroitique.com supports: Internet Explorer 8+, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.
- Update your browser - If you are using an older browser, free updates are available for each supported broswer below:
- Delete your Temporary Internet Files/Cookies/Cache and restart your computer. This should clear any stored errors relating to our site. We have provided a simple tool for you to do this. Simply click here to delete your cache: Clear Cache

Having trouble with a Coupon Code?
Try the following before contacting support:
- Are you typing it in exactly as you saw it on the newsletter, Facebook, etc…? If it is shown in all caps, it must be entered in all caps.
- Are you cutting and pasting the code? Sometimes cutting and pasting brings over spaces before or after the code. The extra spaces will cause an invalid code response. We would recommend typing in the code if cutting and pasting didn’t work for you.
- Did a yellow box pop up saying the code worked but your total didn’t change? Just refresh your browser and your total will update. You can also continue checking out and you will see that the total has changed also.
